Founded in 1958 as Taizhou Transformer Factory, our company was a designated power transformer manufacturer under the former relevant ministries and an associated unit of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. Now an accredited supplier of State Power Investment Corporation and China Southern Power Grid, our company has over 50 years of transformer manufacturing experience.

With 60 million yuan registered capital and over 150 employees, our company covers 62,000㎡ (26,000㎡ building area) and is equipped with over 100 sets of advanced domestic production and testing equipment. Our company undertakes production and related tests for 35kV and below transformers, box-type substations and high & low voltage switchgears, with annual capacity exceeding 4 million KVA.

Our company’s main products include: 35kV and below dry-type, oil-immersed, amorphous alloy, marine, water-cooled marine and offshore platform transformers; box-type, photovoltaic/wind power prefabricated substations, and high & low voltage switchgears. All our company’s products have independent IP and passed national tests; our company’s power products hold PCCC energy-saving certification (Level 2+), and our company’s marine products comply with IEC standards and have CCS and international classification society certifications.

  • The company, formerly known as Taizhou Transformer Factory, was founded in 1958. With more than 60 years of experience in the R&D and production of transformer products, it is a designated enterprise for the production of power transformers by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry. Currently, it has a registered capital of 60 million yuan, covering an area of 96 mu (about 62,000 square meters) with a building area of 26,000 square meters. It owns more than 100 sets of production and testing equipment, with an annual comprehensive production capacity of over 6 million kVA. It can stably undertake the production of 35kV and below transformers, prefabricated substations, high and low voltage switchgears, and various related test projects. As a qualified supplier of State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid, it has won more than 100 bids for various projects of State Grid and China Southern Power Grid, and has built a marketing and service network covering more than 20 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions.

    We have built a full-category and multi-scenario electrical equipment product system. The core products include 35kV and below dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, amorphous alloy transformers, marine transformers, offshore platform transformers, water-cooled marine transformers, etc. At the same time, we supporting produce prefabricated substations (including special prefabricated substations for photovoltaic and wind power new energy) and high and low voltage switchgears, which can meet the differentiated needs of various fields such as power, shipping, marine engineering, new energy and industrial manufacturing. Among them, two products—short-circuit resistant three-dimensional wound core transformers and double-split dry-type transformers for photovoltaic power generation—were included in the list of Jiangsu Provincial "Two New" (new technology, new products) Technology Products in 2025, bringing 150 million yuan in annual sales to the company and being widely used in key projects such as power grid transformation and new energy power stations. Marine and offshore platform transformers comply with IEC international standards, have passed China CCS type approval and inspection and approval by multiple foreign classification societies such as ABS (USA), LR (UK) and DNV (Norway), and can directly meet the needs of the international market. In addition, power transformers and prefabricated substations have passed PCCC energy-saving product certification, been recognized as national level 1 and level 2 energy efficiency products, and included in the energy-saving product promotion catalog of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
